Snaygill Boats started back in 1977 with the aim of providing a top quality hire fleet on this loveliest of all canals. We were drawn to the Skipton area by the beauty of the Yorkshire countryside and because the Leeds Liverpool canal is so quiet and unspoilt.

We build our own boats from the bare shell up which means being responsible for all the design, fitting out and décor. Modern developments are combined with traditional design and expert craftsmanship and we have the skills and resources to maintain our boats to a high standard.
